Sam Buckley

Originally from Barraganyatti, NSW, Sam Buckley left home at 18 to chase his dream of becoming a blues artist. After 16 years of performing with top bands in Sydney and Melbourne — including Dreamboogie, who won major blues awards — Sam launched his solo career in 2020. His debut album, created with blues legend Lester Snell, marked a career highlight. Sam’s singles Blue Ocean and Rock Me Baby charted nationally, gaining airplay across Australia, the USA, Canada, and London. He’s supported major acts, played key festivals, and is endorsed by Elixir Strings and National Music while also featuring internationally in Riff Culture magazine.
